Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

a. If the Buyer is not satisfied with any Goods purchased from Herbal Diet Plus Products or If you wish to return or exchange any item please email or call us within 7 days of purchase, and a full refund excluding carriage charges will be issued or the exchange items will be sent subject to further carriage charge.

b. Faulty and damaged goods should be returned to our Returns Department with a letter of explanation & proof of purchase.

c. Please return items in original packaging.

d. Amount will be refunded within 45 working days (After receiving the product at Herbal Diet Plus Products).

e. While the Goods remain in the Buyer’s possession, the Buyer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.

Please note- We do not accept any returns that are sent to us directly. You need a return number for the payment to be processed. Please mention your full address while returning the product. Please feel free to call us for any queries or suggestions - we love to hear from you.  Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
